Join Liza — a seasoned coffee consultant, licensed Q Grader, and sensory expert — for a hands-on Home Brewing Workshop on Saturday, October 3rd at 10am.
What to expect:
The basis of brewing: an introduction about which parameters we can or cannot control on our recipes/extractions
Round 1: filter methods (V60, Origami, and similar)
Round 2: infusion methods (AeroPress and French Press)
Round 3: espresso (La Marzocco Linea Mini)
During the workshop you'll experiment using different coffees, waters, grinders and scales.
We'll have all the equipment available but you're welcome to bring your own in case you want to explore with the setup you already use at home. Let us know if this is the case.
Here's an extra: on the day of the workshop you'll also have a 10% discount on all coffee bags and equipment.
The session has a duration of 2 hours and will be at our shop in Parede, Cascais.
