Collection and Processing of Personal Data
Buraca Roasters collects personal data from each client — namely name, address, TIN, phone number and email — for order management, invoicing and communication purposes, based on the data subject's express consent, fulfilment of contractual obligations and legitimate interests, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (Regulation EU 2016/679, hereinafter "GDPR").
Purposes of Data Processing
The personal data collected is used exclusively for:

After this period, data will be deleted, with the exception of invoicing data (name, address and TIN), which will be retained for 10 years in accordance with applicable law. This period may be updated by legislative amendment or extended in the event of pending legal proceedings.
With regard to information requests, collected data will be retained for 12 months after the client's registration date.
