Jander is a third-generation member of a family of farmers who settled in the heart of the Cerrado region of Minas Gerais.
After graduating in Agricultural Engineering, Jander embraced the family legacy with passion and determination, becoming a tireless student of the latest technologies and innovations in coffee cultivation.
Today, his parents, Marlene and Jorge, continue to be very present daily running the farm.
Each year, the Oliveira Pacheco family seeks to improve their agricultural practices while keeping the tradition alive and growing exceptional quality coffees.
The largest coffee producer and exporter in the world also stands out for its quality. The large extensions of Brazil allow for diversified growing areas with complex drink characteristics.
Most of Brazilian coffees tend to be low in acidity, heavy in body and sweet, often with chocolate and nutty flavours. However, there’s such diversity when it comes to terroirs and micro-climates that we are starting to see more often than before high quality coffees that challenge this standard.
