Danse Mormora is a renowned coffee processing station located near Haro Lebetu, in the Uraga district of Guji, southern Ethiopia. The station is situated at an altitude of approximately 2,200 to 2,250 meters above sea level, placing it among the country's high-altitude coffee-growing regions. The coffee is cultivated in fertile clay soils under ideal climatic conditions - factors that contribute to the exceptional quality of the beans. Like many processing stations in Ethiopia, Danse Mormora works with hundreds of local smallholder farmers who typically grow coffee on small family plots alongside other crops. Instead of processing the coffee individually, the farmers deliver the freshly harvested cherries to the station, where they are sorted, weighed, and processed collectively. The station has gained recognition among specialty coffee buyers for its high-altitude production and rigorous processing standards.

Selecionaste 1 kg de café moído.
O café moído perde aroma em poucos dias. Recomendamos grão inteiro — mós à medida que precisas e o café dura muito mais.
Ethiopia is referred as the birthplace of coffee since Coffea Arabica’s origin goes back to Ethiopia’s Southwestern Highlands and contiguous region of South Sudan
The flavours of Ethiopian coffees are notably diverse – from citrusy and floral to candied fruits and ripe tropical fruits.
The washed coffees tend to be elegant, complex and delicious. The ones with a natural process can be wildly fruity.
