Colombia - Sol Naciente

Colombia - Sol Naciente

In the area of Sierra these producers are recognized victims of the armed conflict and a part of programs for land restitution. Now that they got their estates back, the time to turn the page has come. They plan to unify efforts to produce a high quality coffee to enhance their commercial profile and improve the quality of life of their members.

These members are also organic certified and promote a sustainable coffee growing that can mark a difference in terms of origin and quality, keeping a high level of compromise in protecting and conserving the environment while contributing to social equality. Now that they have access to international markets, they want the cup of the their territory to be recognized by specialty coffee lovers.

The beautiful and particular territory of Palmor in the Sierra Nevada de Santa Marta counts with an ecosystem connected with the basin of River Sevilla which in turn connects with the country’s banana zone, here in Palmor the harvest seasons have regular conditions due to its latitude. On the other hand Secreta covers the small town of San Pedro and part of San Javier and Siberia, in addition connects with the river Cordoba.

Excellent aromas and flavours

It is a trip to Brazil when, every morning, I ground this grains and brew this coffee. Even a friend of mine from there was amazed when I served it, without saying anything. Great great product.

And so far all the coffee packs are great and super delicious! We also got a small pack of Oatly in our delivery as a little present. Will definitely be ordering again.

o finish...

Excelente, mas o melhor está mesmo no "fim" que dura e dura... para mim não só o sabor de manga mas o cheiro com um leve "picante".
Simplesmente extraordinario.

First and second impression

This is the second time I have ordered a good batch of different coffees from Buraca Roaster. My plan is to taste every coffee they have since the coffees I ordered first were pretty damn convincing. With satisfaction I just started fine tuning how to brew their El Jah Spirit. Excited to try the rest of what they can offer.

Balanced Flavor

A balanced brew, however, the caramel and chocolate notes were hard to find and on the bitter side, as the roast was a bit inconsistent. Good value for money though.

Excellent grinder and service!

I ordered this grinder and it does a great job not spending quite a lot of money on it. The service was excellent and the staff helped with my inquiry. Thank you, I’ll repeat!
