The varieties Caturra e Catuaí that make this coffee were harvested in three different moments, peeled and dried
with 50% of its mucilage. The Chacón Solano Family has been growing coffee at Las Lajas for over 80 years. Currently headed by Oscar and Francisca Chacón the farm is known for being innovative with regards to processing. They were one of the pioneers in Costa Rica with regards to perfecting different honey and natural methods of processing.
From this coffee expect a vibrant cup, with bright acidity and sweet rummy finish.
