Kinazi Washing Station is located in the Huye district, in the southernmost state of the country.
Kinazi Coffee Washing Station and Simbi Coffee Washing Station are owned and operated by Abdul Rudahunga, who started out in the coffee industry inspired by his grandmother. She was also a coffee producer and one of the few to roast and consume her own coffee in rural Rwanda.
To produce this natural Bourbon, ripe cherries are hand-picked at three different stages, and placed to dry covered for 24 hours and then uncovered, exposed to the sun for 15-18 days, on african style raised beds.
