Legal Terms and Conditions for Buraca Roasters' Coffee Giveaway

  1. Objective of the Giveaway: By these terms (the "Terms"), Buraca Coffee, located in Portugal, is hosting a giveaway (the "Giveaway") for users of the Instagram platform (the "Participants"), as outlined below.
  2. Participants: Participants must meet the following eligibility requirements (the "Requirements") to enter the Giveaway:
    • Must reside in Portugal.
    • Must complete the entry form available either via ads on Meta platforms or at Buraca Roaster's Website.
    • Must agree to these Terms.
  3. Theme and Mechanics of the Giveaway: Participants will earn points based on their engagement, which will increase their chances of winning. The point structure is as follows:
    • 3 points for completing the entry form (required to participate).
    • 3 points for following @BuracaRoasters on Instagram.
    • 6 points for reposting any of the designated giveaway posts on Instagram stories.
  4. Call to Entry: Participants may enter the Giveaway until October 22nd, 2024, at 23:59 WET.
  5. Winners and Prizes: The winner will be selected randomly, with accumulated points increasing the chance of winning. The prize consists of one bag of Buraca Coffee per month for 12 consecutive months, with free shipping within Portugal.
  6. Notification and Prize Claim: The winner will be notified via Buraca Coffee's Instagram stories. The winner must claim their prize within 7 days of the announcement. Failure to do so will result in the selection of an alternate winner.
  7. Disqualification of Multiple Entries: Participants who attempt to complete the form more than once or use multiple entries will be disqualified from the Giveaway.
  8. Privacy Policy: All participant data will be handled in accordance with Buraca Coffee’s Privacy Policy.
  9. Termination of Giveaway: Buraca Coffee reserves the right to terminate or modify the Giveaway at any time and may select a winner from the existing Participants.
  10. Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of Portugal.
  11. Acceptance of Terms: By participating in the Giveaway, Participants confirm their acceptance of these Terms.
